Premia Markets Ltd ("Premia", "we") processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect information you provide during onboarding — including identity documents, beneficial ownership records, and contact details — together with usage data generated through your use of our platform.
Personal data is processed for client onboarding and KYC/AML compliance, service delivery, regulatory reporting, and platform security. We retain records for a minimum of five years following the end of a client relationship, as required by the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with regulators, auditors, and service providers bound by contractual confidentiality.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@premia.markets. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Premia Markets Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Investment Firm under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FRN 846217). Registered in England and Wales, Company No. 13592841. Registered office: 30 St Mary Axe, London EC3A 8BF.
Premia Digital Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (SIB No. 1594306) and provides digital asset custody and related services. Client digital assets are held in fully segregated accounts and are covered by insurance underwritten by a Lloyd's of London syndicate up to $5M per client. A summary of cover and the current attestation are available to clients on request.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, contact your relationship manager or write to complaints@premia.markets. We acknowledge complaints within two business days and provide a final response within eight weeks, in line with FCA DISP rules.
Eligible complainants who remain dissatisfied after our final response may refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, within six months of the date of that response.
